NSL Sugars is planning to expand its distillery in Chikkonahalli & Hurugalawadi in Koppa Hubli in Mandya district in Karnataka. The project involves expanding its grain based distillery from 60 klpd to 75 klpd. The distillery will use molasses, sugar cane juice and grain will be used as raw materials. The project also involves expanding sugar crushing capacity from 5000 tcd to 1500 tcd. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 450 million.
